日本で成長中の外資系フィンテック企業がコンプライアンスオフィサーを募集しております。
主な職務内容
- サービス利用者に対する取引時確認および本人確認手続きの実施・管理
- 顧客取引のモニタリングおよび疑わしい取引に関する当局向け報告資料の作成
- 資金決済法に基づく未達債務や履行保証金の残高管理、ならびに年次・短期報告書の作成
- 年次AML/CTFリスクアセスメントの実施および関連書類の作成
- 営業担当者向けコンプライアンス研修の企画・資料作成・実施
