■職務概要：
インターナショナルスクールの教員として、国際的な学習環境で小中学生に対しての日本語教育を担当いただきます。
■職務詳細：
・日本および国際の基準に基づいて教育プログラムの開発および実施
・生徒の学習進捗を把握、確認し、個別のフィードバック等のサポートを行う。
・生徒や他のスタッフとの異文化コミュニケーションを促進し、成長をサポートする。
・保護者との協力関係を構築し、生徒の状況についてのフィードバックやコミュニケーションを行う
