日米間で事業を展開する企業や投資家を支援する会計事務所では、Tax Senior Associate を募集しています。このポジションは、既存の経理・税務業務を引き継ぎつつ、効率化や仕組み化を進め、事業成長を支える土台を築く重要な役割です。単なる業務の継承にとどまらず、新たな体制やプロセスを一から設計し、将来のチーム拡大を見据えた組織づくりにも携われます。大きな裁量を持ち、自分のアイデアを実行に移せる、やりがいのあるポジションです。
主な業務内容
- 米国法人・個人の税務申告書作成
- クライアント企業の経理業務（米国会計基準）
- 米国コーポレートタックスに関するアドバイス
- 日本在住で米国資産を保有する個人の税務対応（経験あれば歓迎）
- 日本企業・投資家とのコミュニケーション（日本語・英語）
- 業務フローの構築・改善

Required Skills
必須条件
- 日英バイリンガル（ビジネスレベル）
- 米国CPAライセンス保持者、または全科目試験合格者
- 米国コーポレートタックスの実務経験
- 会計事務所でのTAX業務経験（8〜12年程度）
- Tax Senior Associate または Tax Manager 相当の経験、またはマネジメント素質
- 将来的にハワイでの勤務が可能な方
歓迎条件
- 米国個人税務（日本在住の米国資産保有者）の申告経験
- 組織や業務の立ち上げ・改善経験
- 国際税務やクロスボーダー案件の経験
雇用条件
- 雇用形態：契約社員（正社員登用制度あり）
- 年俸：1200万円〜（経験・スキルに応じ決定）
- 勤務地：日本（リモート）またはハワイ（ビザサポートあり）
