旅行保険のオンライン販売を促進するため、代理店(航空会社や旅行会社)システムへの当社パッケージシステムの導入とカスタマーサクセスに携わっていただきます。
【業務詳細】
当社システムを介した旅行保険の流通と、航空会社のGDSシステムとの統合について理解し、業務分析を行う。
定義〜保険販売開始までの顧客対応(営業担当と同行や会議参加あり)、社内対応を行う。
利益拡大施策の策定を行う。
Eコマースを利用した旅行保険の流通を考え、ビジネス要件文書(BRD)を作成する。
プロジェクトマネージャーや営業チームと共に顧客を訪問し、ビジネスの目標や組織的な制約を理解する。
