【概要】
担当の自治体や学校と外国人講師とを繋げるALTコーディネーターチームのリーダー業務
具体的には、
・自治体のニーズにマッチした外国人講師の紹介
・外国人講師の授業内容の調整
・外国人講師の採用・面接、就労前後のトレーニング
・ALTの勤怠管理
・ALT就労後の学校・自治体対応
・ALTコーディネーターチームのまとめ役 等
※プレイヤー業務に加え、リーダーとしての予算管理等もお任せします！
【年俸】
450万円～500万円
