【概要】
・チームメンバーのスキルと能力を最大限に活用し、グループおよび部門の目標を効果的に達成し、車両品質の向上に取り組み、顧客満足度の維持・向上と当社の保証費用の削減に努め、技術サービスの持続的な運営に貢献します。業務の80%は保証業務に関連し、20%は技術サービスプロジェクトの推進に貢献頂きます。
