（１）新規半導体プロセス材料の開発
材料設計・合成及び・社内簡易スクリーニング・法確・による最適化
事業創出・顧客獲得に必要な・社評価技術の導入・獲得・確・
外部機関や協業パートナーとの密な連携・協働による製品化の達成
・度な専門性を駆使した次世代製品の検討及び開発と顧客への提案
（２）中・期経営計画注・分野における新規材料・評価技術の開発
ソリューションズ事業拡大に資する川下評価技術の強化
川下顧客との開発促進を実現する評価技術のNSへの導入・獲得

Required Skills
■必須：
・修・もしくは博・の学位を取得済みで半導体プロセス材料に関する・度な専門知識とスキルを有し、それらを駆使して研究開発（・分・材料設計・合成、プロセス開発及び評価技術確・）を遂・する業務をご経験。
及び、上記業務を論・や特許として成果を残している実績。
