●主にエネルギー売買や各種のエネルギー事業に関連したM Aや参入後の事業運営に対する法的観点からの助言。
（英文/和文契約等のドラフティング、レビュー、修正を含む）
なお、海外法務案件を中心に担当していただきますが、国内法務案件を担当することもあります。
●大型の契約や紛争での、担当部署の交渉サポートや社外弁護士との調整
●社内意思決定資料（取締役会資料、経営会議資料、稟議書）の法的観点からの確認
●各種社内講習の検討、運営
