◆業務内容
楽天リーベイツのプロダクトマネージャーとして、WEB・スマートフォンアプリの機能改善と企画・リリースをリードし、プロダクトの持続的な成長を推進していただきます。プロダクトマネージャーとして、以下のことが求められます。
・ 事業部からの企画案を基に、ビジネス要件・システム要件を明確化し、プロダクト仕様を作成
・KPIやユーザーのフィードバックをもとに、改善ポイントを特定し、プロダクト仕様を策定
・ 担当プロダクトの改善ロードマップを作成し、バックログを管理
・多岐にわたる関係者と連携し、プロジェクトを円滑に推進
・エンジニアチームと密に連携し、プロダクトの開発をリード

Required Skills
■必須条件
・Webサービス／システム（バックエンドorフロントエンド）の開発経験7年以上。
・開発組織（システム開発）のマネージメント経験（メンバーの評価、組織戦略策定）3年以上。
・日本語、英語でのビジネスレベルのコミュニケーション能力
■要望条件
・BtoB、BtoCやトラベル業界のアーキテクチャデザインの経験。
・データの定量化・分析能力。
・強い論理的思考と問題解決能力。
・説得力のある議論の展開／周囲に影響を与える能力。
・不確実性を乗り越える能力・コミットする意思。
・インフラ・ネットワークの経験。
・開発組織の予算管理の経験。
・開発組織の人材・採用戦略の立案・実行の経験。
・大規模プロジェクトと国際性・多様性のあるチームでの開発経験。
