■具体的な業務
【日系自動車OEM（JOEM）の要求品質を安定的に上回るサプライチェーンの構築】
本社及び世界各工場の品質部門と協力し現行生産及び生産予定のJOEM向けの製品が日本OEMの品質基準を恒常的に上回るようTier2も含めた改善指導と活動を行い各工場に継続的な品質管理、改善活動を定着させる。
■業務の範囲。
・社内各工場（中国、メキシコ、チェコなど）を指導しJOEM対応の品質マネジメントシステムを構築する。
・JOEMに関する市場クレームの初動対応から根本対策実施までの全アクションを統括する。
・JOEM向け８Dレポートの作成及び提出責任を持つ。
・JOEMによるキーケルト各工場の監査対応。

・自動車部品の製造、組立工程や工法の一般的知識。
・SQCの実践的知識。
