Description

This is a leadership role focused on operational excellence, client relationship management, and team development in a bilingual Japanese-English environment. It includes data preparation and consolidation, and building and managing a client services operations function in Japan to support business growth. Key responsibilities include

  • Coordinating between various teams (sales, finance, technical)
  • Ensuring high-quality client service by making sure the team meets operational, financial, and service-level goals: recruit, train, coach, develop, motivate and manage members to ensure the effective delivery of customer services and compliance with operational procedures
  • Handling escalations or difficult queries from clients

Job Offer

*Competitive salary inclusive of base + bonus

*Working schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm; Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays are off

*Flex hours, core times between 10am and 4pm

*Remote work: 2x per week allowed

*Permanent contract
