<職務内容>

  • 海外ITチームや社内ステークホルダーと連携し、ITサービスの提供とサポートを実施
  • エンドユーザーサポート(PC/モニター/タブレット/スマートフォン設定など)
  • ITインフラの設計・導入・監視・トラブルシューティング(主にデスクトップPC、IP電話)
  • ネットワーク機器の設置・構成・トラブル対応(Smart Handsレベル)
  • IT資産管理・機器購入見積・廃棄処理・レポート作成
  • 会議システム、IP電話のサポート/サーバールームの維持管理
  • 新入社員のPCセットアップ/オフィス移転対応
  • OSやソフトウェアのインストール、アップグレード、テスト
  • ドキュメント作成(エンドユーザー向け&ITチーム向け)
  • チケット管理ツールでの進捗更新・記録

  • We work closely with business stakeholders and overseas IT teams to provide IT services.
  • Provides end-user support.
  • We design, implement, monitor, troubleshoot and improve IT infrastructure, especially desktop PCs and IP phones.
  • We manage IT assets.
  • Create a report.
  • Create documentation (for end users and IT).
  • Set up PCs/monitors for new employees.
  • Provide desktop support for PCs/laptops/tablets/company mobile phones.
  • Rack and stack (as needed) network equipment.
  • Perform basic configuration/troubleshooting of network devices (Smart Hands Support).
  • Get quotes for your IT equipment, including peripherals.
  • Dispose of IT equipment.
  • We provide support for communication tools including video conferencing and IP phones.
  • Monthly system health checks are performed.
  • Maintain the server room environment.
  • We provide support for office relocation/expansion.
  • We provide planned and emergency on-site support.
  • We install new OS, retire existing OS and configure (Windows, iOS), software applications (Microsoft Office), utilities and services. We provide packages based on end-user needs.
  • Perform software and hardware upgrades, routine maintenance, and monitoring, including client equipment such as desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
  • Test new software operating systems, upgrades, and applications before deploying them in your production environment.
  • We may train users on how to use the equipment and software.
  • You may participate in a project as a project team member.
  • Update your ticketing system in a timely manner.

  • Obtaining quotations for IT equipment including peripherals
  • IT Equipment Disposal
  • Communication Tools support including Video conferencing support, IP Phones

  • Support for Office Move/Extensions
  • Planned or Emergency Onsite assistance
  • Install new, dispose old, and configures operating systems (Windows, IOS), software applications (Microsoft Office), utilities and service packs based on end user needs.
  • Perform software and hardware upgrades, routine maintenance, and monitoring. This include both client equipment like desktop, laptop, mobile devices if any
  • Tests new software operating systems, upgrades and applications prior to implementing into production
  • May train users in use of equipment and software.
  • May participate in projects as a project team member.
  • Update ticketing system in a timely manner.

Required Skills

  • ​​​​​デスクトップ&ネットワークサポート経験(4年以上)
  • 日本語(JLPT N2以上)およびビジネス英語でのコミュニケーションが可能
  • インシデント管理システムの使用経験がある方
  • 自走力のある問題解決型エンジニア
  • 海外ITチームとの国際的な連携経験がある方歓迎
  • CompTIA A+やCCNAなどのIT資格保持者は尚歓迎
  • 社内の多様なIT課題に柔軟に対応できる、協調性のある方
  • 4+ years of desktop and network support experience.
  • Experience using an incident ticket management system.
  • Bilingual ability in English and Japanese (business level, JLPT N2 or above).
  • Possess strong technical skills and knowledge of desktop support processes and infrastructure.
  • Desired Qualifications:
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Experience working with overseas IT teams.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, CCNA etc. would be an advantage.

Preferred Qualification:
