• GRC分野（ガバナンス、リスク、コンプライアンス）の社内エキスパートとして、AIなど新興技術に関する最新のセキュリティ基準やフレームワークを把握すること
• 情報セキュリティのリスク、インシデント、例外の監査・調査、結果報告・是正対応
• ダッシュボードやレポート、証拠アーティファクトの開発など、セキュリティ統制の自動化と継続的モニタリングを推進

Join one of the world's leading retail brands as an IT GRC Consultant, ensuring secure integration of cutting-edge technologies including AI. This is a hands-on opportunity to shape IT governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) frameworks within a global organization investing heavily in digital transformation. You'll act as a bridge between Japan operations and global HQ to align security standards with business growth.

• Serve as the GRC subject matter expert, staying current with global frameworks and emerging tech standards.
• Conduct audits and investigations into IT security risks, incidents, and exceptions; document findings and propose remediation plans.
• Develop processes to automate and continuously monitor security controls and risks through dashboards, reports, and evidence artifacts.
• Ensure security controls are updated and stakeholders understand regulatory and security expectations.
• Liaise with global HQ to ensure Japan IT GRC strategy aligns with international compliance standards.

必須条件

経験・資格：

• IT GRC経験5年以上（外資系または多国籍企業での経験歓迎）
• 情報セキュリティ監査、リスク管理、コンプライアンス体制の構築・運用などの関連実務経験
• 生成AIや新興技術に関するセキュリティ基準の知識

語学力：

• 日本語：ビジネスレベル以上（必須）
• 英語：日常会話レベル以上（グローバル本社とのコミュニケーションに使用）
  

• 小売・消費財など関連業界でのGRC経験
• セキュリティモニタリングやリスク可視化ツールの実務経験
• ISO、NIST、SOC2など国際的なセキュリティフレームワークの知識

• 5+ years of experience in IT GRC, ideally within a multinational setting.
• Proven expertise in IT security risk management and compliance auditing.

• Familiarity with frameworks relevant to generative AI and emerging technologies.

• Japanese: Business fluent (required for local operations).

• English: Conversational (for cross-border communication).

• Strong communication and documentation skills.

• Proactive mindset with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.

• Experience working in regulated industries such as retail, consumer goods, or finance.

• Understanding of automation tools, security monitoring, and risk dashboards.

• Exposure to global compliance frameworks such as ISO, NIST, or SOC2.
