• Proposing and coordinating machine overhauls and modifications
• Selling spare parts and technical upgrades
• Managing delivery timelines and customer expectations
• Acting as the main contact during technical issues or troubleshooting
• Conducting market analysis and sharing insights with global HQ
• Creating and executing sales plans for assigned accounts
• Advising customers on optimal machine usage and efficiency
• Collaborating with global teams to align with regional strategies

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in manufacturing or industrial machinery
• Strong project management and client-facing communication skills
• Business-level English and native-level Japanese
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Experience working with international teams and technical products is a plus
