- Leading sales of high-value packaging machinery and related solutions
- Managing and mentoring the service team to ensure high-quality aftersales support
- Conducting site visits, evaluating customer needs, and presenting technical proposals
- Coordinating with global teams for pricing, customization, and technical support
- Using CRM tools to manage pipeline activity and reporting
- Participating in trade shows, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns

Required Skills
- Background in service engineering, with a successful transition into technical sales
- 5-10 years of experience in capital equipment sales, ideally in packaging, printing, or industrial machinery
- Native-level Japanese and business-level English
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and MS Office
- Familiarity with Japanese business etiquette and B2B industries
