Job Title: Treasury Executive

Headquartered in Japan, the group operates across more than 150 countries, delivering high-quality products and services for passenger cars, commercial vehicles, and industrial equipment.
In Singapore, my client operates its Asia Pacific regional headquarters, overseeing sales, manufacturing, and product development across more than 20 countries. This includes managing quality standards, business strategy, and regional innovation.
Separately, the Singapore office also houses a dedicated treasury function that plays a strategic role in regional financial operations. This treasury team supports liquidity management, cash pooling, and foreign exchange activities across multiple markets including China, Thailand, Australia, New Zealand, and Singapore. It has implemented a best-in-class treasury infrastructure, recognized for centralizing and optimizing cash flow across the region, enhancing automation, and improving financial visibility and control.
Your New Role
Provide financial support to group companies, including arranging loan/credit facilities and handling FX transactions (forward, spot, and NDF).
Manage borrowing from financial institutions or group companies and lending to group companies.
Handle documentation and communication with financial institutions and internal stakeholders for all related transactions.
Monitor incoming and outgoing remittances to ensure timely and accurate fund transfers; follow up on any discrepancies until resolved.
Support regional liquidity management and oversee cash pooling schemes.
Operate Internet Banking platforms and Treasury Management System.
Prepare monthly cash flow forecasts.
Assist with other duties, projects, and general administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Key Qualifications for Success
Degree holder in Banking, Treasury, Finance, or a related field.
Preferably with experience in treasury operations or administration within a financial institution or finance-related company.
Strong numerical skills and attention to detail; comfortable working with financial data and transactions.
A reliable team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
Fluent in both spoken and written English, with the ability to handle professional documentation and correspondence.
Familiarity with treasury platforms such as FXALL, Internet Banking systems, and Treasury Management Systems is an advantage.
Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Must be a Singapore citizen or permanent resident.
