【仕事内容】
シンガポールに拠点を持つ日系海運会社にて、運航業務を担当していただきます。
日々のオペレーション業務、メンバーの育成、オペレーションマニュアルの作成、日本本社との連携業務など。
将来的にはオペレーションチームのマネジメントもお任せする可能性があります。
【求める要件】
・顧客、日本本社との連携のため、ビジネスレベルの英語力、日本語ネイティブレベル
・オペレーションに関する知見、経験がある方
・タンカーのオペレーション経験がある方はアドバンテージです
