【ポジション】
船舶管理事業マネージャー（船長/機関長 経験者歓迎） ※陸上勤務
【仕事内容】
-船舶管理事業のマネジメント、日々の業務の管理
-海務もしくは工務に関する監督業務
-船舶管理を担当する社員のマネジメント、育成、人事評価、採用等
-日本本社、海外グループ拠点との連携
※仕事内容は配属地、採用ポジションによって変動する場合があります。
【求める要件】
-社内でコミュニケーションをとるため、日本語ネイティブレベル、英語ビジネスレベル
-海外出張が可能であること
-一等航海士～船長、もしくは一等機関士～機関長経験者
-船舶管理の経験
-育成、マネジメント、人事評価などの経験
