Job Description

Overview:

  • SaaS기업의 Customer Success포지션으로 고객의 성과 달성을 지원하고 장기적인 관계를        구축하는 업무를 담당합니다

 

Responsibilities:

  • Tekla 제품 도입 지원 

  • 제품 사용 중 발생하는 에러 혹은 추가 요구사항 대응(사내 엔지니어에게 연계)

  • 기존 고객을 유지 및 계약 갱신(Renewal)

     

 

Requirements:

  • IT업계 유관 경력자(최소 5년 이상)

  • 비지니스 영어 상급자
