当社は欧州（オランダ）に拠点を置き、日本へのインバウンド旅行を専門とする旅行・ツーリズム企業です。
欧州のお客様と日本本社をつなぎ、旅行手配や各種サポートを提供しています。今回、業務拡大に伴い Travel Operation Assistant を募集します。
業務内容
日本向けインバウンド旅行の企画・手配
旅程調整・予約業務および渡航書類作成
営業および顧客対応サポート（欧州顧客と日本本社間のコミュニケーション）
スプレッドシートを活用した業務管理
日本での社会人経験あり
日本語：ビジネスレベル（Fluent）、英語：社外とのメール等に対応可能なレベル
Windows／Officeスキルおよびスプレッドシートでの業務遂行能力
メールやタスクを効率よく処理できる方
オランダにて制限のない就労資格をお持ちの方
