職務内容
引っ越し部門の日本人顧客対応（Customer Service）として、下記業務をお任せします。
■輸送手配・インボイス・輸入通関書類作成 ※海外拠点との連携含む
■輸入通関手続き
■日系顧客からのお問い合わせ対応 （月60～70件）
■引っ越しの立ち合い（月5～10回）
応募要件
【必須条件】
■サービス業等で顧客対応の経験をお持ちの方
■タイ語日常会話レベル
【歓迎条件】
■物流業界もしくは貿易実務経験者
■タイに長く滞在する予定がある方
