Job Description
We’re seeking a Software Development Lead who combines strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to leadership. Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of developers throughout the project lifecycle
Architect and implement scalable, high-performance systems
Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business needs
Ensure code quality, performance, and reliability across platforms
Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges efficiently
Promote best practices and continuous improvement within the team
Qualification:
10+ years of hands-on experience in software development
Proficiency in full-stack programming languages such as Golang, Node.JS, Next.JS
Solid experience in system architecture and software deployment
Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving capabilities
Familiarity with agile development methodologies
Proven leadership in managing technical teams
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
