決済業務部門にて、JPYおよび外貨建ての国際送金処理を中心としたオペレーション管理を担うポジションです。SWIFTやBOJ-NETを活用し、業務効率化とリスク管理を推進する重要な役割です。

職務内容
- JPYおよび外貨建ての送金業務（SWIFT、BOJ-NET）
- 決済業務に関するオペレーション管理と業務改善
- 海外拠点との連携による業務調整・情報共有
- 業務効率化・コスト削減のためのプロセス再設計
- リスク管理体制の構築と運用
- 社内外ステークホルダーとの調整・交渉
- チームメンバーの育成・スキル向上支援
