・現物不動産だけではなく、ファンド業界、金融事情等、多方面に興味を有し、積極的にAM業務に取り組むことができる方
・協調性に富み、周囲との信頼関係を築くことができる方
・宅地建物取引士(尚可)、不動産証券化マスター(尚可)
