業務内容:
• Operations:
▪ Routine inspections with checklist and take corrective actions to : 日常点 検チェックリストを基に是正措置の対応
▪ Maintains physical space, ensuring a safe, clean, and functional environment. 安全衛生と環境衛生に配慮してオフィス内の整理 整頓を実施
▪ Ensures assigned equipment is in proper working order and available for use. 部署管理機器の不具合対応
▪ Supports preventive maintenance schedules for buildings and equipment. 建物や設備の定期的なメンテナンスサポート
▪ Assist in maintaining and updating administrative policies and processes. 管理方針やプロセスの維持・更新のためのサポート
▪ Ensures safety standards are followed throughout the facility. 安全衛生に関するサポート
▪ Participates on the emergency preparedness planning team and Health & Safety working group. 緊急チームメンバーサポート&安 全衛生グループサポート
▪ When needed, assist with the application for required environmental permits. 必要に応じて 環境許認可の申請サポート

▪ When needed, act as liaison between employees and any outside contractors needed to resolve specialized problems. 必要に応じて外部 工事会社と社内チームメンバーの連携サポート・窓口
▪ Uses company resources and portals to share Workplace communications amongst colleagues. 社内ツールを利用して、社員向 けのコミュニケーション&お知らせ配信等
▪ Conference Meeting room & event support: Setup and reset before and after events or meetings. イベント・会議前 後の準備・片付け
▪ Support the corporate events and office socials. 社内イベント対応
