・IT/DX支援担当として、ローカルスタッフと共同でITシステムの更新や新規導入、DX支援などをご担当いただきます。
■業務内容
・ITサポート業務：社内システムの運用管理（業務アプリケーション、ネットワーク、サーバーなど）、社内からのIT関連の問い合わせ対応およびトラブルシューティング、社員のPC、ソフトウェア、周辺機器のサポート
・DX推進業務：新たなITツールやシステム導入の提案、検討、実施、デジタル化に向けた業務プロセスの改善、社内のデジタルトランスフォーメーション（DX）の企画・推進、各部署と連携し、業務効率化や生産性向上を支援
・プロジェクトマネジメント：DXプロジェクトの計画・進行管理
外部ベンダーとの調整および契約管理、システム導入や変更に伴うユーザー教育、トレーニング
・IT戦略策定：会社全体のIT戦略・方針の策定支援、新技術の調査と導入可能性の評価
