・インド現地法人にて、営業推進および投資先企業の事業成長をサポートするポジションです。具体的には、以下の業務を担当していただきます。
主にHR系の事業を行っている会社に投資（買収）をし、その事業を成長させるところまで、ビジネス状況をウォッチしながら、マネジメントする仕事です。
※主に投資しているビジネスは同社日本での事業内容との親和性の高いHR関連（HRテック、求人広告・派遣等）
■具体的には
・事業成長（営業活動含む）関連する業務全般
・投資の事業進捗、業績の定期的なモニタリング
・その他、効率化、生産性向上に関する仕組みづくり
※投資先との英語でのコミュニケーションが必須です
＜仕事内容＞
・営業推進：投資拠点と投資先グロースの二事業。投資企業の事業状況や業績をウォッチをする業務。
・事業の数字の管理をする→具体的には営業一人当たりの生産性、注力商材の売り上げなどのウォッチ及び、投資先の事業会社の現場の方（投資先の企業）とコミュニケーションと成長のためのマネジメントを行う。
