職務内容
- 顧客獲得からリテンションまで、ユーザーの全フェーズを対象とした戦略立案および実行
- プロモーション施策やCRMの企画・運用
- UX改善を含むオンボーディング施策の推進
- クロスファンクショナルチーム（開発・デザイン・ビジネス）と連携したプロジェクトマネジメント
- キャンペーンの企画・実施・改善
