【業務内容】
- カンパニー管轄金融子会社（SPNB、MJBL、SPNM）の予算実績管理、業績評価、施策立案・助言・管理
- カンパニー管轄金融子会社（SPNB、MJBL、SPNM）の資金管理、ALM管理、資金調達支援(契約調印・コベナンツ管理・助言)
- カンパニー管轄子会社（MIA、MIC、MCC、MMC）の資金管理、ALM管理、資金調達支援(契約調印・コベナンツ管理・助言)
- カンパニー管轄金融子会社（SPNB、MJBL、SPNM）の法務・コンプライアンスに関する業務（各種契約書、契約リーガルチェッ ク、訴訟対応、内部通報制度窓口等）
- 投資・新規事業戦略立案、推進、市場調査（発掘、予算、事業計画策定、パフォーマンス管理）
- カンパニー管轄子会社の定期的な内部監査実施、監査結果に関する報告と指導、内部統制の整備・運用状況の確認・改善指示・ 指導
- カンパニー管轄子会社の監査委員会(AC)の運営・管理
- カンパニー管轄子会社のサービス品質管理

1,500万円～（上限1830万円程度）

- 要英語力（ビジネスレベル） TOEIC900程度
