主な職務内容
- 日系企業を中心としたタイ現地クライアントへの提案活動およびコンサルティング
- 人的資本経営に関するオファリングの開発・改善
- グローバルチームとの連携による組織・事業戦略の立案
- マーケティング活動（イベント企画・顧客開拓）
- タイ国内での営業活動および信頼関係構築
- 帰任後は国内におけるグローバルチームのリードも想定

必須条件経験・資格:
- 2026年4月以降のタイ駐在が可能な方
- コンサルタントとしての提案・営業経験（Manager以上）
- 海外プロジェクトまたはグローバル案件のデリバリー経験（Senior Consultant）
- 特定のITスキルは不問ですが、BPOや人事領域のDXに関心がある方歓迎
- コンサルティングツール（Excel, PowerPoint等）の活用スキル
- 異文化環境での高いコミュニケーション力
- 自律的に業務を推進できるリーダーシップ
- 柔軟性と課題解決力を兼ね備えた方
- 顧客志向・ビジネス志向の高い方
- 戦略立案・構想策定プロジェクトの経験
- タイでのビジネス経験やネットワークをお持ちの方
- 人的資本経営領域（人事制度・組織変革など）の経験
- 商社や製造業に関する知見
