職務内容
- 日々のオペレーション業務の管理およびサポート
- 業務プロセスの分析と改善提案
- 社内外の関係者との調整および連携
- データの収集とレポート作成
- 規制や内部ポリシーに基づくコンプライアンス対応
- 新しいシステムやツールの導入・運用支援
- リスク管理のためのモニタリングと評価
- チームメンバーへのトレーニングとサポート

- MS Office（特にExcel）の実務スキル
- チームワークを重視し、前向きに業務に取り組める方
