A multinational consulting organisation is looking for an HR Business Partner. The selected candidate will oversee HR functions and support regional HR operations across Asia.

Responsibilities:

  • Support new graduate and mid-career recruitment in collaboration with the TA lead for Asia Healthcare
  • Design and implement training programs for staff across Asia, including consulting and core services teams
  • Manage performance review processes conducted quarterly
  • Review and update employment policies, including leave, resignation, and overtime regulations
  • Oversee social security, visa processes, and HR operations for international employees
  • Lead change management initiatives and align HR policies across Japan, China, and Singapore

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • More than 5 years of experience in HR, including recruitment, training, labour management, and performance evaluation
  • Practical experience in planning and executing hiring strategies for both new graduates and mid-career hires
  • Prior experience in designing and implementing HR policies, including performance evaluations and training programs
  • HR experience in a global company or experience in cross-border HR operations is ideal
  • Knowledge of Japanese labour laws
  • Possess valid HR certifications such as SHRM, PHR, or a Japanese labour law certification preferred
  • Business level English; proficient in Japanese
