Job Description
インドに複数拠点を置くインド系の不動産企業にて日本人営業職を募集しています。
メインのお客様：日本人
住居やサービスに関する営業・サポート業務を担当。
飛び込み営業はほとんどなく、企業への提案営業や、お客様からのご紹介、日本人コミュニティ・イベントへの参加を通じて、信頼関係を築きながら営業活動を行います。
主な業務内容：
・お客様のご要望やニーズのヒアリング
・メール・電話によるお問い合わせ対応
・現場での対応（物件の内覧同行、引き渡し、トラブル対応など）※重要顧客のみ
・契約書類の作成・手続きサポート
・営業資料・プレゼン資料の作成
・社内スタッフ（インド人）への業務指示・お客様の要望の共有
・業務オペレーションやプロセス改善に向けたアイデア出し・実行
