ファンドアドミニストレーションマネージャー
【求人の詳細】
日系投資会社にて、以下の業務を行っていただきます。
・ファンドのキャッシュフロー管理（入出金、分配、資金移動等）
・投資家対応（キャピタルコール・分配実務、四半期報告、税務関連等）
・投資実行サポート（投資契約書・関連書類の管理、KYC対応等）
・決算・監査業務対応（外部委託先との連携含む）
・ファンド関連データの整備・管理
・社内外の関係者（GP/LP/外部専門家）とのやり取り
・その他、ファンド運営に関わる管理業務全般
【勤務時間】
平日 09：00～18：00 （フレックス勤務可能）
【選考フロー】
3～4回
【必須条件】
・事業会社や金融機関、ファンド運営会社、信託銀行、監査法人などでの
会計・監査・管理業務経験
・財務・会計に関する基礎知識
・ビジネスレベルの英語力
【歓迎条件】
・会計士・USCPA・税理士・簿記資格等
・事業会社や金融機関、ファンド運営会社、信託銀行などでのファンド運営の経験
・ベンチャーキャピタル、PEファンド、SPC等のストラクチャーに関する知識
・アセットマネージメントの経験
・管理体制の構築・運用に携わった経験
