Job Description
Our client is world leading's Automotive, we are now looking for potential candidate for;
Position: Painting Manager (New Set up company)
Location: Amata city Chonburi.
Salary: 70,000 – 100,000 THB
Working day: Monday-Saturday
Responsibilities:
Strong in Injection, Painting process and understanding drawing.
Set up and control KPI of department.
Develop skill of subordinate (OJT)
Control production activities as planned to meet customers' requests
Improve quality, productivity & Safety at workplace
Cooperate and coordinate with related section to meet Corporate goals
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in related field.
Experience in people management in Injection, Painting manufacturing at least 10 years.
Document control, have a good problem solving skill, strong leadership and able to work with team.
Good command of Chinese or English.
