職務概要
本ポジションは、日本人顧客を対象としたローン業務全般を担当します。主な業務には、ローンの起案、ローンポートフォリオの監視、定期的なレポートの作成および管理、月次ローン委員会への参加が含まれます。また、その他のローン関連業務にも柔軟に対応します。
職務内容
顧客関係管理の補助
テレアポや訪問を通じて潜在顧客の機会を開拓・維持する
ローンおよび預金の紹介・促進
借入条件（利率など）を顧客に通知する
ローン起案管理の補助
新規ローンについて本店の承認を得る
承認後、顧客口座へ資金を送金する
本店向けの定期・臨時レポートを作成する
定期レポートおよび会議管理
本店、支店長、監督当局が求める各種レポートを、支店の方針・手続き、本店からの業務通知、その他規制に従って作成する
自己査定マニュアルおよび日本法に基づき、四半期ごとに全ローン資産を評価する
その他
本店への報告
英語・日本語の翻訳業務
支店長および副支店長からのその他の指示業務

4年制大学卒業または同等の学歴
経験不問（経験者優遇）

日本語：ネイティブレベル

Microsoft Word、Excel、メール、社内データベースの基本操作

給与 USD 45,000-55,000 + ボーナス(年俸$50,000-$60,000)
