POSITION Head of Club Channel
POSITION SUMMARY
This role drives sales growth in the Club Channel by managing product portfolios across existing and new accounts. It focuses on increasing volume, optimizing margins, and achieving annual targets while leading the Club Channel team with strategic guidance and mentorship.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with brokers and retail partners through strategic travel and engagement.
Present products and support in-store operations, including merchandising and POP displays.
Analyze market trends and collaborate with partners to identify growth opportunities.
Manage customer service, returns, and inventory issues.
Share insights with HQ and manufacturing teams to support product development.
Forecast sales, monitor receivables, and analyze performance using SPS and Circana data.
Prepare reports and contribute to pricing and budget planning.
Leadership Responsibilities
Lead and develop the Club Channel team, setting clear goals and providing ongoing coaching.
Ensure alignment with company objectives and foster strong stakeholder relationships.
Other Duties
Drive process improvements and handle special projects.
Maintain ethical standards, effective communication, and compliance with company policies.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and syndicated data tools.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with 6+ years in CPG and Club Channel sales.
Experience working with retailers, brokers, and distributors.
SALARY USD 160,000-180,000
LOCATION Irvine, CA (Fully Remote work option available)
