Description

• Oversee monthly financial closing in accordance with JGAAP, in collaboration with the shared accounting team in Tokyo
• Prepare monthly IFRS reporting for global consolidation purposes
• Conduct weekly cash flow analysis and forecasting
• Support the FP&A team in developing management reports and performing financial analysis
• Coordinate with external tax advisors for annual tax filing preparations
• Assist the Finance Director in securing and executing external financing
• Prepare for external audits and tax inspections as needed
• Enhance and maintain internal controls and streamline operational workflows
• Lead system integration efforts between SAP and the consolidation platform (Hyperion-based)
• Supervise and mentor junior finance and accounting team members
