【求人概要】
ハイスピードカメラシステムのサポートエンジニア
・納入してから実際の撮影までのカメラ製品のサポート役務を対応する。
・定番製品から新製品まで自社製品を熟知して、客先に正しい使用方法を伝える。一部特注品などは開発担当技術部門に学び、客先にノウハウを含めた正しい使用法を伝授する。
・消耗品や定期的交換部品を含めた使用法の伝授。故障の原因につながりかけない使用方法を控えるなど、ノウハウを共有。
・新製品の初期不良などに関しても客先窓口として対応して、社内品質部門、技術部門とこれらを共有して解決を図る。
【年俸】
500万円～700万円
