【求人概要】
設計管理業務全般（新規出店および改装物件を担当頂きます）をお任せします。
■職務内容・役割 ・・・ 新店及び改装のプロジェクトマネージメント業務
・工事区分調整
・現場調査実施（意匠面、機能面）
・ラフレイアウトの考案
・家主、デベロッパー打ち合わせ、交渉
・工事見積把握（金額交渉含む）
・設計及び工事スケジュール作成、調整
・出店者図面説明 ・施工会社への施工指導
■期待される成果
・適正価格での出店実行
・オープン日程のコントロール
・施工品質向上
※社内（店舗開発担当及び運営部が主）とのやりとりも発生しますが、社外とのやりとりが多く発生します。
（家主、家主指定業者、外部設計者、工事会社、FCオーナー等）
【年俸】
400万円～630万円

【必要職務経験】
・建築や内装の設計業務または施工業務
・内装監理室業務やFC事業の本部設計に関わる業務
・上記経験はなくとも、店舗設計に興味があり社外、社内外関係者とコミュニケーションを取ることができる方※マスト
＜PCスキル＞
パワーポイントを用いての物件概要資料の作成、エクセルを用いて新店改装の予算管理を行うため
PC操作に苦手意識がなく、数式等を理解して説明することが出来るレベルを求めます。
【歓迎要件】
・CAD操作経験…ベクターワークス
・工事会社の見積書化
カフェ業態の設計監理や施工の立場で携わったことがある方優遇します。
