【海外不動産仲介事業部に配属され、富裕層の方に向けた商談のアポ取りを行っていただきます！】
自社のプラットホームに過去にお問い合わせのあったお客様に対して、
もう一度興味を持ってもらうために架電・交渉・商談獲得をお願いします。
◼︎業務内容
・アポ獲得のリスト精査
・不動産オーナー様への商談調整電話
・ヒアリング内容の共有/報告書作成
※不動産についての知識はなくても大丈夫です。安心して始められます。
クライアントは経営者や大手企業の役員クラスになります。
一般的に所得が高く、一流のビジネスマンが多いため、営業を通じて富裕層（ハイクラス層）との交渉術がUPします。
