主な仕事内容
・ シングルユース部門の TSS チームを率いて管理し、販売目標とビジネス目標を達成を目指す
・顧客基盤を拡大し、バイオ生産分野での市場シェアを拡大するための戦略的な販売計画を策定・実施
・顧客に技術的な専門知識とサポートを提供し、使い捨てテクノロジーに関する顧客のニーズと課題に対処
・バイオ医薬品業界の主要顧客およびパートナーと強固な関係を構築・維持
・営業、マーケティング、フィールドアプリケーションサイエンティスト、カスタマーエクスペリエンスなどの部門横断的なチームと連携し、
ビジネス戦略の実行。
・市場動向、競合他社の活動、業界の動向を監視して、新たな機会を特定
・顧客や社内チーム向けにプレゼンテーション、提案書、技術文書を準備、提供
・営業チームにトレーニングと指導を提供し、技術知識と営業スキルの向上
・業界カンファレンス、展示会、ネットワーキング イベントに参加し、Thermo Fisher のシングルユース ソリューションの提案
