Job Description
新製品立上げに伴う設備導入支援と、製造標準化・デジタル化・不良改善等の工程改善を担当するポジションです。
主な職務内容
- 新製品立ち上げに伴う設備導入・立ち上げ支援（金型や工具の手配、設備設計の支援など）
- サプライヤーとの技術的な打ち合わせ・仕様調整
- 組立ライン（基板テスト、プログラム等）の立ち上げサポートとSOP後の現場支援
- 生産標準（PS）や作業プロセスのグローバル標準化推進
- 製造工程のデジタル化、稼働率改善、ロボット導入等の改善活動
- 工程不良の分析と継続的な改善提案・実行
- 国内外工場（日本・タイ・マレーシア）との連携・支援（現地対応およびオンライン）

- 日本語：ビジネス（工場の生産管理のメンバーと）
- 英語：ビジネス（サプライヤーや海外拠点と）
- テストエンジニアの経験がある良い
- 億単位の設備導入立ち上げ経験
- 設備メーカー出身（産業用ロボットメーカー）
- 製造現場の標準化や設備導入に深く関わり、国内外拠点と連携しながら最新技術やデジタル化推進に挑戦できる、グローバル志向のエンジニアに最適なポジションです！
