◆業務内容
ホールセール事業における管理職候補として、以下の業務をお任せします。
- 会社全体の目標を理解し、チーム目標・アクションプランへの落とし込み
- チームの業務改善や戦略提案を通じた、組織全体の最適化・成長支援
- 課題発見と解決への自発的な取り組み
- 新規プロジェクトの推進および既存業務システムの改善
- 業務に関するドキュメンテーションの作成
