広範囲にわたる分野の機器を取扱う当社のマーケティング担当を担当頂きます。
【業務詳細】
- 国内の製品チームリーダー、ドイツ･セントラルマーケティングとの連携による各種マーケティング施策の立案および実施
- マーケティング領域の年間計画立案,KPI設計,パイプラインの数値管理･分析･報告
- リード獲得施策の実行･効果測定･改善
- メールマガジン：コンテンツ企画,配信,効果測定
- 展示会/学会/ウェビナー/セミナー：企画・運営サポート,集客,効果測定
- Webサイト：コンテンツ作成(英日翻訳を含む),SEO対策･改善,広告運用
- CRM分析：顧客データ分析結果に基づく、リード獲得施策のPDCA運用
- 販促ツール(カタログ･製品ビデオ･アプリケーションノート等)
- 学会誌広告の企画･制作(外注先へのディレクション)
- マーケティング関連業務全般(予算管理 等)
得意な分野から始めて頂き、最終的には上記の内容を幅広く担当いただく予定です。
【賃金備考】
想定年収には、固定給(基本給+職能給)と賞与(年1回)を含みます。賞与は年1回1月に会社業績、個人業績に基づき支給。（※職能給には20時間分の残業代含む。20時間を超える分は別途支給）

- SalesforceなどのCRM運用経験
(※弊社ではSalesforceを導入したばかりですので、これから運用を開始していく段階です) - 英語中級：日常会話レベル、メール対応がメイン
