法人顧客向けのITプロジェクトを推進するプロジェクトマネージャーを募集。PCやインフラ関連サービスのデリバリー管理を担当します。

職務内容
- 法人向けサービス導入プロジェクトの立ち上げ・実行・進捗管理
- 顧客・社内技術部門・外部ベンダーとの調整業務
- 課題管理、定例会議・議事録の作成、進捗報告
- スコープ・スケジュール・コストの管理および是正対応
- プロジェクト成果物の品質管理と顧客承認の取得
- アップセルや顧客満足度向上を意識した提案型PM
