Job Title: Senior / Vessel Operator
Location: Singapore

Your New Role: As a Senior / Vessel Operator, you will oversee the daily operations of a fleet of dry bulk vessels. You’ll ensure smooth voyage execution, compliance with charter party terms, and effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations for 9–10 dry bulk vessels.
Monitor vessel positions and voyage performance in line with charter party agreements.
Prepare hire statements and coordinate with technical teams on deductions and operational matters.
Maintain and update operational documentation and records.
Track and implement charter party updates and addendums.
Review voyage reports and assess vessel performance.
Handle Bills of Lading (BLs) and Letters of Indemnity (LOIs).
Process and settle invoices with managers and charterers.
Support EU-ETS and FuelEU compliance through communication and guidance.
Utilize the IMOS system for voyage planning, documentation, and performance tracking.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
Minimum 3 years of experience in dry bulk vessel operations, preferably with ship
owners or operators.
Proficient in using the IMOS system for operational and commercial tasks.
Familiarity with charter party terms and marine documentation.
Basic understanding of marine insurance and claims handling.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
