A rapidly growing manufacturing company in Penang mainland is seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of Human Resources in our organization. This role is responsible for driving HR strategies, managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong interpersonal skills and a solid understanding of HR best practices and employment regulations.

 

Job Description

  • Lead end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee relations.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Manage employee performance, handle grievances and conflict resolution effectively.
  • Oversee compensation, benefits, and performance appraisal systems.
  • Ensure full compliance with employment laws and HR-related regulations.
  • Promote a positive and engaging work culture to support retention and employee morale.
  • Utilize HRIS systems and analyze HR data to support business decisions.

     



Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a HR management or generalist role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proven ability to resolve conflicts, manage change, and drive HR initiatives.
  • Proficient in HR systems and data analytics.
  • Self-motivated, strategic, and able to work independently or in a team.
