Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Daily Operations
- Monitor vending machine performance, including sales data, customer complaints, and breakdown alerts.
- Coordinate with logistics partners to arrange timely drink replenishments.
- Participate in daily meetings with logistics companies to align on operational plans.
- Track and supervise logistics activities both online and offline.
- Liaise with the Technical Department for machine repairs and maintenance.
- Manage drink recalls due to shelf-life expiration.
Installation & Setup
- Assist in the installation and setup of new vending machines.
- Stock drinks during initial setup and support technical configuration in the warehouse.
Maintenance & Planning
- Plan and monitor cleaning schedules for vending machines.
- Design and update drink lineups for new and existing machines based on customer needs.
- Support routing plans for efficient drink top-up operations.
- Monitor and manage shelf-life of drinks across all machines.
Work Environment
- Field visits for machine installation and monitoring.
- Office-based coordination and reporting.
- Interaction with logistics and technical teams.
