• Drive the attainment of sales targets for the local retail business.
• Evaluate the performance of all store personnel and take appropriate action, including training, task assignment, procedural clarification, and involvement in hiring and termination processes.
• Oversee store profitability by analyzing store layout, traffic flow, display effectiveness, and product line contribution.
• Develop and enforce store procedures and processes to ensure compliance.
• Recommend business development initiatives aimed at expanding sales area coverage, additional sales channels, sales events, and promotional areas.
• Manage day-to-day store operations within the retail sector.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and accountability within retail operations.
• Analyze store performance, identify trends, and propose promotional strategies to meet sales targets.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
• At least 8+ years experience of retail operation preferably within fashion retail industry
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Good English
